The Dutch Hemp CBD patches work transdermally. Transdermal means that the body absorbs the CBD through the skin. Transdermal literally means 'through the skin'. The CBD enters the bloodstream through the skin.

What is a CBD patch?

Open the package and remove one patch from the patch sheet. Stick the patch on a dry and little hairy part of the skin. Our personal preference is for the side of the chest, a shoulder blade, or the inside of the upper arm.

Does your skin feel greasy because of oil or cream, for example? First clean the skin with soap and water. Then dry the skin very well. Press firmly on the patch for about 5 to 10 seconds after applying it.

A new CBD patch should be applied to a different area of ​​the skin. Only after a few days may the plaster be applied again in the same place. This prevents irritation.

The plaster may be cut into, for example: a half, 1/3 or a quarter.

Try to limit contact with water as much as possible.

CBD patches effect

The most famous intake of CBD in the Netherlands is dripping CBD oil under the tongue. However, the CBD is also very well absorbed through the skin.
