CBD capsules

What exactly are CBD capsules? What are the benefits of CBD capsules? When should you not use CBD capsules? The answers to these questions can be found here. Read more here ...

What is a CBD capsule?

There are roughly two types of pills: 'real' pills and capsules. A 'real' pill looks like it's made in one piece. A capsule, on the other hand, consists of two different parts: a shell and something inside that shell.

With a CBD capsule, the shell is filled with CBD oil. The CBD capsule dissolves in your stomach and in this way the CBD oil ends up in your body.

CBD capsules have a number of advantages over CBD oil in a bottle.

Convenience serves people

The most classic CBD product is CBD oil in a bottle with a pipette. Some people find dripping difficult, but that is the least inconvenience of CBD oil in a bottle.

What many people find particularly inconvenient about CBD oil in a bottle is that you have to keep the CBD oil cool, but before use you have to gradually warm the CBD oil to room temperature. Cool CBD oil is a bit viscous and therefore more difficult to drip.

Of course you don't have this problem if you use CBD capsules. After all, there is no dripping involved, so the viscosity of cooled CBD oil in the casing is of no importance. You can simply store the capsules in the refrigerator and take them immediately. You do not have to wait for the capsules to reach room temperature.

CBD capsules are tasteless

Many people like the taste of CBD oil quite unpleasant. In addition, CBD oil can leave a short-term burning sensation in the throat.

Both problems can be mitigated by mixing the CBD oil with water or a fruit juice, but this does not work 100%. The taste remains in the background.

With CBD capsules you will not suffer from the taste or a burning sensation in the throat at all. The casing is tasteless and it only dissolves when the capsule has ended up in the stomach. That's way beyond your taste buds (so you won't taste anything) and beyond your throat (so no burning sensation).

Even more exact dosage

Drip already allows a fairly exact dosage of the amount of cannabidiol (CBD) that your body is taking in, but with CBD capsules the dosage is even more precise.

With CBD capsules, we indicate the exact number of milligrams of CBD in each capsule. This way you know exactly how many milligrams of CBD you are getting when you take a CBD capsule.

Storing CBD Capsules

CBD capsules should be stored in a cool, dry and dark place. For maximum shelf life, you should also protect the capsules from light.

Note: it is wise to keep the CBD capsules out of the reach of children. We also advise not to take the CBD capsules during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Incidentally, CBD capsules are suitable for diabetics.
