1. Instructions for use CBD oil

*Use the CBD oil at room temperature.
*Shake before use.
*You can drop the drops of CBD oil directly under the tongue using the pipette while looking in the mirror.
*Hold the CBD oil under the tongue for about 1 minute before swallowing.
*After oral use, it is recommended to drink a glass of water.

1.1 What percentage of CBD oil?

How do I know what percentage is right for me when I start using CBD oil? Everyone reacts differently to CBD oil. Therefore, it is not possible to designate a well-defined suitable CBD percentage. Our advice is: 2,5%-5% for children or pets / 5%-25% for adults.

If you have never used CBD oil before, it is best to choose a CBD oil with a low CBD percentage (5-10%). You can always try CBD oil with a higher CBD percentage later. We prefer to opt for the 'raw' CBD oil ourselves.

1.2 Dosing must be learned

There is a lot of uncertainty about the dosage of CBD. The correct dosage of CBD oil is different for every person and animal.

Always start with a low dose. The advice is to start with 1 drop at a time. For example: one drop in the morning, one drop in the afternoon and one drop in the evening. Build up the dose gradually until the desired result is achieved.

Give your body time to get used to the CBD oil (at least two weeks). If the effects are not noticeable after two weeks, increase the dose further.

CBD oil can also be applied to the skin. Always test a small amount on the skin before using it.

1.3 Intake moments

Use the CBD oil preferably three times a day (at breakfast, during lunch and before going to sleep). If this is not convenient in terms of time, you can also choose to take the CBD drops twice a day (morning and evening).

1.4 Recommended Daily Allowance of CBD Oil

As mentioned before, the most suitable CBD dose for each person and animal is different. To avoid underdosing, a recommended daily amount of CBD has been established. The recommended daily amount of CBD for humans is approximately 30 mg per day. We have stated with our CBD oils how many mg CBD contains 1 drop.

Example: suppose you buy a 30 ml bottle of CBD oil with 5% CBD. This CBD oil contains approximately 750 drops and 1500 mg of CBD. Each drop contains: 1500 mg : 750 drops = 2 mg CBD.

As mentioned, the recommended daily amount is approximately 30 mg. With two intake moments (for example: in the morning and in the evening), the average is: 30 mg : 2 = 15 mg CBD per intake moment. This is about 7 drops per intake moment.

1.5 Number of drops per bottle

We have tested how many drops are in a 10 ml bottle. You can see the test in the blog 'weed drops'.

10 ml bottle contains approximately 235-250 drops
20 ml bottle contains approximately 470-500 drops
30 ml bottle contains approximately 700-750 drops
100 ml bottle contains approximately 2350-2500 drops

1.6 Storage tips and shelf life

It is best to store the CBD oil in a dark and cool place (for example: refrigerator, kitchen cupboard, or cellar cupboard).

When certain CBD oils are RAW cold, dripping can be a bit more difficult. You may then receive less CBD oil than you would like. One way to solve this dilemma is to take the bottle out of the storage area half an hour before you want to take the CBD oil. In this way, the CBD oil has time to warm up. You can also speed up the warm-up by holding the CBD oil bottle in a warm fist for a few minutes.

Note: Do not use any other methods to heat the CBD oil. You do not want the CBD oil to rise above a certain temperature, because that can be at the expense of the quality.

Do not expose the bottle of CBD oil to sunlight. Clean the screw thread of the bottle regularly. After opening the bottle of CBD oil, it can be kept for about 1 year.

1.7 Test results and analysis reports

2. Instructions for use THC oil

The above instructions for use also apply to THC oil. In terms of dosage, it is recommended to start slowly with the THC oil. It also applies to THC oil to start with 1 drop at a time. For example: one drop in the morning, one drop in the afternoon and one drop in the evening. Build up the dose gradually until the desired result is achieved.
