The mushroom Lion's mane is known by several names. The mushroom is sometimes called the 'priest of the mountains', but also sometimes the 'smart mushroom'.

The origin of the company

The Dutchman Mart Stoffele was in trouble for years. He was dissatisfied with his life, could never really focus and felt worse and worse as a result. It got so bad that he sought help from a doctor. But after being there several times, he still didn't notice that anything had changed.

One day he decided to try mushrooms. To be precise: a mushroom extract. A tincture. And to his own surprise, the change suddenly came. He started to feel better after the first experiments with the extract. He became sharper, happier, his concentration increased.

His concentration became so good that he decided to study naturopathy. A decision that had been unthinkable for a long time. His enthusiasm for mushrooms eventually became a long-term passion, and combined with his knowledge of naturopathy, his understanding of the power of mushrooms grew. He read every book there was to read about it.

Until he eventually founded his own company, to introduce as many people as possible to the value of a mushroom extract. And that's how Foodspores came into being.

Use case

When you use a mushroom extract from Foodspores, half a pipette twice a day is enough. You apply the liquid under the tongue, after which you wait half a minute. Then you can swallow, or take a sip of a drink.

Instead of applying in the mouth, the extract can also be mixed with, for example, a smoothie. The choice is yours.
